日前，方本首席合伙人在上海财大参加了四场硕士学位论文答辩。他注意到，本届法律硕士研究生（非法学）论文的选题都有相当的高度，涉及我国外国法的查明、我国调解制度与《新加坡调解公约》的衔接、非国家行为体网络攻击的归因以及我国追索流失文物的冲突规则。
